For the table · not the spreadsheet

Who's buying
the next round?

TableTap keeps track of drinks, rounds and spending while the night is still happening. One tap to log a drink. One tap to add a round. No spreadsheets, no IOU napkins and no awkward math after midnight.

The problem

The math is killing
the night.

Three rounds in, someone's already pulled out a notes app. Four rounds in, the numbers don't line up. Five rounds in, someone offers to "just get the next one" and the tab quietly disappears.

Splitting the bill evenly is fair — until it isn't. Maria had two glasses of wine. Jack had six lagers and a whiskey. You bought the third round, but nobody remembers who it was for.

The night should be remembered. Not the math.

Rounds without the math
Pick who pays. Pick the drinks. Repeat the last round with a single tap. The table stays organised while the night keeps moving.
What's inside

Six small details that
keep the night moving.

01

One tap and move on

Beer. Wine. Shot. Cocktail. Soft drink. Other. Tap once and get back to the conversation. Add details later if you want to.

02

Rounds you don't have to remember

Pick who paid and who drank. Repeat the last round with a single tap because most nights repeat themselves.

03

Settle without the awkward math

See who owes whom before the bill arrives. TableTap turns a night of drinks into a few simple payments.

04

Open tabs, not accounts

Join by link. No sign-ups, no emails and no friend requests. The table matters more than the profile.

05

Prices when you need them

Track drinks only, or turn on prices and settle up later. Same flow, different level of detail.

06

One host or everyone

Some tables want everyone logging their own drinks. Others prefer one person keeping track. TableTap works either way.

Beyond the tap

Designed for the whole night
— not just the bill at the end.

Before

Before everyone arrives.

Maria already has the invite link, but she's still on the tram. The table knows she's coming, everyone else can see she's on the way, and nobody needs a group chat to coordinate it.

During

The table stays organised.

Some people log their own drinks. Others buy rounds. Some leave early, others arrive late. TableTap keeps track without turning the night into bookkeeping.

If you leave early

The night keeps going.

Heading home before everyone else? Your drinks, rounds and balances stay exactly where they should. Everyone else can keep going without missing a beat.

After

History you can come back to.

Every table stays saved. Drinks, rounds and balances remain exactly as they happened, ready whenever you want to look back.

How it works

Three steps. That's TableTap.

Step one
1

Start a table.

Pick a name and share the link. Everyone joins in seconds — no accounts, no downloads and no setup.

Step two
2

Log as you go.

One drink? Tap the icon. Buying a round? Tap "Add round". TableTap keeps track in the background while the night keeps moving.

Step three
3

Before everyone heads home.

Tap "Settle" and TableTap works out who owes whom. No spreadsheets, no guessing and no awkward math.

We used to keep a shared spreadsheet for pub nights. One Friday we tried TableTap instead. Nobody wanted to go back.
